Remarks | 'Tafi' is a global name given to the rabbitfish group. The rabbitfish is a common fish food caught with accepted traditional fishing gears such as basket traps, gill nets, and handlines. This group of species make up most of the artisanal fisher's catch in the late 1990s. A few decades ago, when fish was more abundant, this group of species was less desired as a food fish. |
