| Biology: | Mesopelagic species (Ref. 7300, 75154). Postlarvae and juveniles occur near the surface at night. In southern Atlantic and southeastern Pacific, adults are usually found at depths between 100-2,000 m (Ref. 3991). Minimum depth from Ref. 58018. | |||
