Light olive dorsally, tinged with salmon or pinkish; marked with dark saddles, bars, marbling, and spots in blue, yellowish brown, carmine, orange and pink; whitish on breast and belly; soft dorsal fin with broad bars of brownish yellow or green with light blue intervals; pelvic fin whitish in females, blue-black in males (Ref. 43939).
